I never thought there would be someone who’s really interested in hurting others emotionaly or harm you with any kind of revenge! Now that i’ve met that person, now that i loved that person, now that i threw away that person, i do feel free. Free in mind, free in heart.

Now that i’ve met others who are actually thinking like me and are helping me getting over shitty times, i must admit, i do know what real love is.. and it comes from within yourself. You know, i have learned 2 important things! First, you can’t love another person if you don’t love yourself and second, honesty is the best policy! But be aware, this contains, in all kinds, to be honest to yourself..!

Now that i understood those words, now that i walk around, free in mind, free in soul, i get to know people from all over the world who are sharing my values and ideologies, although we aren’t equal at all..!

And now that i’m not afraid anymore..

Zbiok & Coxie have been visited by me. I was invited to join the opening of their first common Expo at the Nina Sagt Gallery in Düsseldorf.

Zbiok & Coxie, two polish Artists, well known from urban street areas, were sharing space. It was nice to see their works fitting perfectly together. Also they managed to do a live paint. It was just such a pitty i missed them in action..

Jantronix Schulte supported this whole thing with some wonderful tunes! All in all, it was a nice Expo and i recommend it to everyone who is interested in street & urban art.

Have a look at the Nina Sagt webpage for further info. The Expo will be visitable until 19th of february!

Christian Borstlap recently finished these deliciously simple animated illustrations for Dutch children’s charity, Kinderpostzegels.

Paul Postma did a great job of bringing Christian’s colourful illustrations to life, complimenting them with a playfully restrained animation style to really let their personalities shine.

If you have a spare minute I recommend taking some time to look through Christian’s recently updated portfolio of loveliness.

My firts collabo as Artist went really well! Art meets Board asked me to do a little collaboration with iDeck and here it is, the first RANDBEZIRK Skateboard. It was such an amazing feeling to hold my first, own deck. The printed image shows my dear friend Marius squeezing his balls! Thanx to you, Bro! The message? Go F*** yourself! Nothing more and nothing less..

This is ridiculous. This is madness. This is.. No, not Sparta. I’m talking ‘bout this fashion madness.

My “report” of the Bread & Butter will be extremly limited. What was once fascinating turned out to be extremly boring!

It is pretty annoying that some people might have forgotten ( or never knew ) that fashion neither builds your character nore replaces it, and style is not determined by the labels you’re wearing but by your character. Style is nothing you can buy, you gotta earn it!

There is no real innovation anymore. Just a freakier copy of a freakier copy of a freakier copy..

But the more i get to know those people, the more i appreciate the ones who “dress to express” their character! And that was the only interesting thing at this zombie, commercial event. It was really nice to see some old faces and get to know the new ones! I’ve particulary done my job for dreamteam clothing and did a couple of shots here and there, done!

Finally, i arrived well in Berlin. Already in my appartement and already posting some stuff i’ve shot some minutes ago!

Well, i’m off to Berlin now. I gonna visit the Bread & Butter Tradeshow and later i’m at the Clash Party ( Watergate )!
